How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
Abroadlistened Garage Doors is a referral service. When you reach out, you are connected with an independent garage door provider in our network. That provider is the one who visits, gives the quote and does the work.
What They May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider come prepared.
- What is the door doing? Is it stuck, loud, crooked or not moving?
- Is it wood, steel or another material?
- About how old is the door and the house?
- Has it been repaired before?
- Do you have an opener? Is it working?
Photos can help if the provider asks for them.
Questions to Ask the Provider
You are allowed to ask anything. Here are some good ones:
- Can I get a quote in writing before work starts?
- What drives the price on my door?
- Are parts and labor listed separately?
- Will you check track alignment and the springs while you are here?
- Are you licensed and insured where I live?
- Is there a warranty on parts or labor?
Older doors can hide surprises. Ask what the provider will do if they find one, and how they would tell you before adding cost.
The Decision Is Yours
A quote is not a contract. Compare it, sleep on it, and ask more questions. A calm provider will not rush you. Quote in writing, every time.
